WHAT IS PILATES?

Pilates è stato sviluppato da Joseph Pilates all'inizio del XX secolo e si concentra su forza, flessibilità ed equilibrio basati sui principi di controllo, concentrazione, precisione, flusso, respiro e centratura.

IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT? / CAN I SIGN UP IF I HAVE AN INJURY?

Regardless of your age or fitness level, you are more than welcome to join our classes. Please note that if you are under 16/have any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries, please speak to us or join our private session so we can design a class or program that meets your needs/fitness.

​I AM NEW TO PILATES. WHICH CLASS SHOULD I SIGN UP FOR?

Se sia la prima volta che partecipi a Pilates, ti consigliamo di prenotare la lezioni INTRO PILATES: 

Mercoledì alle 20:30

Sabato alle 09:00

In questo lezione imparerai come utilizzare il pilates reformer e verrai valutato prima di iscriverti al lezione BASE i.  Ti invitiamo a iscriverti a quante più lezioni possibile, in modo che tu possa iniziare a sperimentare i benefici del Pilates! Non preoccuparti, durante la lezione puoi fare una pausa se necessario, seguire ogni lezione al tuo ritmo individuale e continuare l'allenamento quando sei pronto.

DO YOU GIVE LESSONS IN DIFFERENT LANGUAGES?

All our classes are conducted in both Italian and English. Jacquelene is a native English speaker (from Canada!) and can accommodate both languages during her classes.

When Matilde teaches, her lessons are both Italian and Spanish.

WHEN DOES MY RESERVATION BEGIN?

All our packages are valid from the date of your first booking.

HOW CAN I BOOK A LESSON?

You will need to purchase our packages, then you can proceed to book your preferred group class via the timetable on our website. For 1:1 / 1:2 sessions, you can contact us by phone or whatsapp at +39 327 107 4871 with your preferred time slot. We strongly recommend that you book in advance to avoid disappointment as each class has a limited number of places.

LESSON IS FULL. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Join our waiting list by clicking the " Join Waitlist " button, you will be able to choose your preferred cut-off time to be added to the class. You will then receive a booking confirmation email if a slot becomes available.

POSSO ANNULLARE O OTTENERE UN RIMBORSO SE HO PRENOTATO LA LEZIONE SBAGLIATA?

Because we need to be fair to all our clients, we have a strict 2 hour cancellation policy that allows you to cancel or reschedule group classes. For all 1:1/1:2 bookings, a minimum of 6 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule prior to the scheduled class start. If you cancel outside of this free cancellation period, it will be considered a late cancellation and will result in forfeiture of credit.

HOW MANY PARTICIPANTS IN THE GROUP LESSON?

Our studio offers a small group environment of 6 participants for "group lessons" on the equipment.

HOW SHOULD I DRESS FOR CLASS?

Athletic clothing is mandatory for both men and women. Tops and bottoms should not be loose fitting as our instructors will need to monitor your body shape and alignment. Non-slip socks are required for safety and hygiene reasons. You can also purchase them at our studio if you left your socks at home or don't have any.

HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR LESSON?

Please arrive 10 minutes before class to settle in without rushing. Please note that we will not allow you to enter once class has been going for more than 10 minutes. The studio opens 20 minutes before each class.
